Will Norman directs an appropriately kinetic promo for Manga St Hilare featuring Kamakaze.

The effervescent visuals for Exercise feature head-spinning performances from the two rappers on a rotating turntable, whilst Hi8 cutaways and a blue analogue CRT filter complement the lo-fi, 8-bit style soundscapes in the track. 

"The video takes inspiration from the Victorian zoetrope device, as photographic stills of the rappers are joined in a cylinder, which then rotates to create the illusion of motion," explains Norman.

"Intercut with stop-motion sequences made up of anatomical illustrations, this is a constantly-moving promo which perfectly suits the high-octane track."

An innovative, engaging promo with plenty of standout moments, it's a memorable visual that confidently merges vintage and contemporary vibes.
