Following a rebirth narrative, the video for Be Alright explores themes of entrapment and liberation, whilst proposing nature and movement as tools to self-heal.Â
The cinematography matches the reflective atmosphere, switching between fluid, gentle camerawork and moments of stillness to mirror the absorbing concept.Â
