KC Locke directs a tender promo for Pip Millett's Downright, exploring the complexities of a modern-day relationship. 

The video focusses upon the transitory memories that haunt a person once they have gone forever - which makes you question if a relationship is headed the same way. 

DoP Rick Joaquim captures the narrative concept with a delicate, considered style, elevating the concept with beautiful lighting and slow-motion camerawork.

"I really enjoyed creating this video for PIP, drawing from PIP’s own experiences of living with depression and how past relationships inspired the song," says Locke.

"Collaborating with Rick Joaquim was a pleasurable experience as his style and way of working was very respectful and considered, while always caring about story an emotion."
