Bobby Gillespie X Jehnny Beth 'Remember We Were Lovers' by Douglas Hart
Douglas Hart directs an enigmatic black and white promo for Remember We Were Lovers, by ex-Savages singer Jehnny Beth and Primal Scream's Bobby Gillespie.
Joining forces for a collaborative LP, the artists' first video release sees them on the Dorset coast, with mysterious overlays and intriguing composition taking focus in the concept.
It's a stripped-back affair by the veteran director - and ex-bandmate of Gillespie's in an early incarnation of Primal Scream - with the right balance of emotion and drama in the understated performances.
