It's bloody awful out there. But what if someone could rise above, and heal everything, with one social post?

Directing collective Kinopravda's superb video for new Hungarian producer Gloria serves as a satirical take on our lives today that hits home because its not too far from the truth - it's a world addicted to terrifying and falsifying clickbait. But the video also serves as a kind of origin story for Gloria - the alter-ego of Krisztina Dányi.

In this concept created by Luka Kostil from Kinopravda, Dányi tackles our modern malaise head-on figuring out the ultimate message that will counteract all the internet's terrible stuff. And that brings world leaders (present and recent past) and celebrities - brought to life here in some hilarious yet disconcerting deepfakes - into a digital group hug.

With brilliant timing, these quasi-versions of Trump, Putin, Merkel, Kim Jong-un, etc, come at the climax of the video, sliding into each others DMs after some wonderful comic storytelling. And finally, the transcendent Gloria rises from Dányi's exhausted body.

"My heart was broken. I had to create something to believe in because there was nothing left to believe in. I had to create her to heal me," Krisztina Dányi has declared. It could hardly be a more memorable start.
