Enigmatic hip-hop artist M Huncho heads to the California desert in Kaz Ove's dynamic performance video for Pee Pee.
Coasting down the deserted highway in a luxury sports car, M Huncho thrives in the derelict setting, radiating Mad Max vibes as he speeds and drifts across the isolated landscape.
The vibrant video is punctuated with moments of surreal visual effects, the camera frenetically spinning and zooming as the artist performs. DoP Will Turner contrasts the high-energy concept with slow-motion shots of the models flipping their hair and performing choreography, adding a layer of offbeat dynamism.
"We wanted to create something that was really cool and epic, tinged with surreal moments to reflect the track and Huncho himself. The interesting juxtaposition between his styling and his mask, his almost non-sequitur wordplay and use of metaphor and visuals in his music.
"So in my head it was Jodorowsky El Topo vibes mashed together with a Mission Impossible/James Bond car chase. Anamorphic lenses, luxury sports cars and the California desert is where we ended up. It was fun…"
