Cat Velez - 30th Nov 2016

Melanie C has released her latest track Dear Life, now paired with these lovely, melancholic visuals directed by David East.

It sees an impassioned performance by the former Spice Girl, lit by home movie projections set against a sequence where a couple explore the city together, uncertain about the future of their love.

The girl, a bit guarded occasionally but otherwise joyful, perfectly channels the emotional whirlwind when love created an anxiety of being emotionally dependent and exposed to heartbreak.
