The first of two new Spector videos by first-time video directors, the All The Sad Young Men promo follows the band on a big night out in Essex.

It's directed by CSM graduate Laura Baker, whose student short Stretch Limo – featuring her friend Phoebe Lacy riding around in a limousine on a euphoric and melancholic night out – was seen by Spector bassist Thomas Schickle at screening night Reely & Truly. 

"When Thomas sent me All The Sad Young Men I felt as though my visuals were made for the song," says Laura. "I shot the band by taking them and some friends on a night out and documenting the experience. My producer, Angela Stephenson and I hired a party bus and took everyone to Liquid in Essex.

"I cast Phoebe again for the video and we shot with her in Southend on Sea for the sunrise ending. We also chose to incorporate some of the original footage from Stretch Limo."
