Steve Milbourne's second experimental music video project in quick succession (following EMiL's Deadwood) is for RCA artist Tanya Lacey's catchy Born To Fly. "We were inspired by some of the lovely cinemagraphs we've seen around the web recently, and we decided this concept on a much larger scale would make a really interesting visual narrative.
