London editing studio Shift has announced that multi-award winning editor Paul O'Reilly has joined the Shoreditch-based company.

Shift is a boutique editorial house founded in early 2021 by editor Saam Hodivala. The arrival of Paul O'Reilly now increases the Shift roster to three senior editors: Hodivala, O'Reilly and Chris Coupland.  

For more than ten years Paul O’Reilly has been demonstrating his distinctive flare for editing through a body of work including music videos, documentary, drama and sport. His music video credits include Run The Jewels' Love Again - for which he won a UKMVA for Best Editing in a Video in 2016 - and Chemical Brothers' We've Got To Try (both with director Ninian Doff), videos for Sam Smith, Rudimental, Mumford & Sons, Hamzaa, Muse and in the past year, Pink's Trustfall for director Georgia Hudson and Calvin Harris's Miracle for Taz Tron Delix.

His commercial work has also brought him great acclaim, with his work for brands including Bud Light, Nike Italy, Adidas China, Sports Direct and 7 Eleven.
