Chris Chung, a director with a distinctive voice in action-comedy, has signed to the directors' roster at Curly Films.

Chung has directed dynamic and energetic commercials with a slice of comedy, for the likes of Voltarol and Gymbox.

​His journey through martial arts and boxing has given Chung a truly distinct voice in action-comedy. His deep and layered experience in this realm means that he is uniquely positioned to direct and choreograph action projects.

​Parallel to his work in advertising, Chris directed the Triad showdown ‘Soho Jimbo’ and is currently in development for his television show and debut feature film.

Curly Films' co-founder Julia Frost says: "Chris is an extremely skilled and nuanced film maker; his action and choreography scenes are second to none and yet he easily changes gear into character work and comedy.
