Pulse Films has announced that Jocelyn Anquetil, director of acclaimed music videos for King Krule, Ashnikko and Bree Runway, has joined the production company's directors' roster in London.   

Anquetil, who has also directed the new Adidas 4D Runner commercial, graduated from Central St Martins in 2016. She has exhibited her film work at prestigious institutions including the Royal Academy of Arts, BFI Southbank and the Gazelli Art House, amongst others. Her debut branded short film Las Mujeres De Fuego, released in collaboration with Dazed Beauty, earned her a Best New Director nomination at the 2019 Kinsale Shark Awards, and her film for King Krule’s Alone, Omen 3 making the official selection for Raindance Film Festival 2020. She was also nominated for the Best New Director award at last year's UKMVAs. 

Her most recent video, for Bree Runway's Hot Hot, marked her first music video project through Pulse, exemplifying her interest in creating pop culture gems. She is also looking to make waves in the commercial world, interweaving her poised sense of humour with storytelling craft, in projects for brands like Voxi.
