Kode Media and Native Content have announced a new production partnership, to work together on facilitating jobs in the US and Europe. The new partnership, which begins with immediate effect, means that the pool of directing talent in the two companies, will be available to clients in production offices in New York, LA and London. 

Kode, founded in London five years ago has become a major outfit in UK music video production and branched out successfully into commercials and content. Their extensive directing roster includes Stephen Agnew, Rob Brandon, Daniel Broadley, Jim Canty, Harry Cauty, Anna Radchenko and Matt Walker.

Native, founded in 2008, is a boutique production company based in Los Angeles focussing mainly on commercial production, but their roster includes Rich Lee, who regularly makes music videos for the likes of Eminem and Lana Del Rey.

Alex Harman CEO at Kode Media, has commented: “After being introduced to Native via our EP Andrew Porteous it was clear they were a company with a mindset likes ours here at Kode. Over the past few years Kode have been fortunate to work with some great agencies and clients in the US, so I’m looking forward to continuing that work with a re-energised team who have a goal of making award winning work."

Native founder/EP Ned Brown had added: "Although we weren’t actively looking to partner with a company overseas, it became clear very quickly when we met with Kode that we were on to something exciting.
