Drama and documentary director Jon E Price has joined the roster at My Accomplice, represented for music videos and other projects.

Price has directed the striking factual doc Underneath The Noise (above), premiered on Dazed and Confused, about young basketball players in North and East London, trying to build careers in a sport that receives no official funding, but whose raw talent and enthusiasm is mirrored in the lyrical reflections of poet James Massiah.

His debut film was the narrative short Wander With Me, a coming of age tale about a young mod couple and their relationship problems, shot on location in North Wales, the film is scored by a track by Alt-J.

Born in Southampton and now based in London, Price started his career working at a 3D design studio where he showed skills for producing and directing content before he soon took the leap into advertising with a role at Havas Worldwide. However with an appetite for film and directing to satisfy, Jon left Havas to focus on his own creative projects. This year sees his work screen at international festivals.

He now joins the directors roster at My Accomplice. “We are delighted at the prospect of starting to work with Jon," says the production company's executive producer Jamie Clark. "He is a huge talent and we feel fits in very well with the company ethos. The focus for us is identifying and developing new talent and looking at long terms goals for directors. We are excited to get started!”
