Camerimage Film Festival calls for music video entries

Entry is now open for submissions to the two music video awards bestowed by the 2014 Camerimage Film Festival â the International Film Festival Of the Art of Cinematography - to be held in Poland later in the year.Â
The entry deadline is 18th August 2014 - Camerimage accepts entries from around the world â and the final nominations will be announced on 6th October. The music videos will be judged by an international jury comprising film and music industry professionals who will present two prestigious awards: Best Cinematography in a Music Video, and Best Music Video.
The 22nd edition of the Camerimage Film Festival will be held between 15th and 22nd November in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The selected works will be screened during the festival on a big screen of the festivalâs centre at Opera Nova.
Last yearâs jury â chaired by director/DP Samuel Bayer, accompanied by Daniel Pearl (cinematographer), Robert LeszczyĆski (journalist, music critic), Andrzej Smolik (musician), Stephen Keith-Roach (cinematographer), Anastas Michos (cinematographer) and Roberto Schaefer (cinematographer) â picked Ghostpoet's Cold Win for the Best Cinematography in a Music Video award, and Gesaffelstein's Pursuit as Best Music Video - both with cinematography by Nicolas Loir.
