Adelaide, Australia-based motion designer Luke Gibbs goes for a combination of abstract and literal in animating Mark Kozelek and Sean Yeaton’s countdown of The Reasons I Love You, and does a lovely job. 

The track is from the album Yellow Kitchen, a collaboration album between American musician and singer Mark Kozelek of Sun Kil Moon and Sean Yeaton, bassist of Parquet Courts.
