Her ft. Zéfire 'Swim' by Liswaya

Her explore the struggles of Joan of Arc in this artful clip by Liswaya.

Intercutting between a neon-pink performance and a soft contrast black and white piece to camera, the clip is a gorgeous piece of video art. The black and white part of the clip depicts a woman in armour (a modern day Joan of Arc) running to camera, battling against the wind and rain. With a subtly widening aspect ratio marking her victorious charge, the slow motion clip is beautiful and arresting in its simplicity.

Despite being understated and simple in terms of action - it has a striking cinematic feel to it that allows it to exist entirely on its own, away from any wider context.
