Kwaye is a new pop star who knows how to move and has a way with fashion, and his first video is by another burgeoning talent - up and coming director Billy Boyd Cape.

Boyd Cape has just signed to Academy Films and A+, has made a big pop statement with the video for Cool Kids, with the distinctively-styled Kwaye at the heart of his own cool kid dancers. And the choreography works with an environment which in film terms is associated with much darker visions.

Thamesmead Estate might be the setting for violence and horror, and a symbol of social disintegration in Clockwork Orange and Come To Daddy, but here it's influence is more positive. And when the light is right, you could even call it beautiful.
